Identified

We are currently experiencing intermittent connectivity issues affecting parts of the Fera application, which may result in errors such as "Something went wrong" or data failing to load.

Our investigation indicates the issue is related to degraded load balancer services from our infrastructure provider following a maintenance event earlier today. We have implemented temporary mitigations and are actively monitoring the platform while working with our provider to fully resolve the issue.
